Due to continued growth, Ballston Spa National Bank is seeking a seasoned banking professional to join our Retail Banking Department as a Relationship Manager.

This position is responsible for assisting customers by discovering financial needs, helping with problem resolution, and processing transactions when needed.  This position takes a lead role in creating an outstanding customer experience by resolving customer issues, opening new accounts, offering convenience services, and driving the branch to meet sales objectives.

Successful candidates will have experience consulting with customers as well as proven customer service skills. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience in consumer banking, with experience in a supervisory role. Demonstrated oral and written communication skills are a must.  Associate's degree required, bachelor's degree preferred.
